Born from the vision of Chef David Ollu, the cuisine highlights local and seasonal ingredients, sourced from a network of dedicated artisans and producers, as well as harvests from its own rooftop garden. Everything is prepared in-house, prioritizing homemade craftsmanship and the transmission of culinary expertise.
Located in Hochelaga, the restaurant offers a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, along with a selection of small plates to share. A generous wine list celebrates the diversity of styles and terroirs.

Parties of 5+ full will be required to pay the full price in advance plus 18% service fee.

It added a nice flavour to the dish. However, it was still a very small portion for $34.00. Our request for ice cream for dessert was delivered as 3 balls of vanilla with a little chocolate syrup added but the charge was $16.00 per serving.
