    Very disappointed in the prix fix menu for Valentines Day. Butter tasted like it had been prepped a day early then put in the refrigerator without covering it so it tasted like the fridge; hamachi was off, octopus was rubbery and cold. Daughter's spare rib appetizer tasted gamey. She could not eat it. Lamb chops were tough. The duck was perfect, however. Desserts were wonderful. Great service and loved the specialty cocktails as well as the fact the bar tended came to check to see if we liked them.

    My wife and I have been dining at Restaurant Martin for many years and were never disappointed. The experience is getting better every time. We went there for Valentine Day and I can't think of anything they could have done better. The menu was original, tasty and well presented. The wine choice was extensive. The service was great.

    the prix fix menu had a. good variety of choices, AJ made the perfect before dinner martini, Leslie was an attentive server without hovering.

    If you are looking for an exquisite dining experience - five-star food and service - you can't beat Restaurant Martin's. The award-winning chef has created marvelous entrees fabulously presented. The service is top-notch - you will feel like a special guest. This is a place we come to for special occasions every time!

    Restaurant Martin is our favorite fine-dining spot in Santa Fe. We have NEVER been disappointed, from the excellent cocktails to the superb entrées, to the irresistible desserts. The service is attentive but not hovering, and the ambiance is sophisticated and quiet enough to have a real conversation. I hope it never changes.

    Delicious food, lamb and Scottish salmon were excellent as was chocolate molten cake for dessert. Zoe on wait staff was great.
