My husband and I are bar stool peeps and enjoy the causal setting at the bar. We were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and was out first time here hoping for a nice evening out. Generally, bartender service can be “hit or miss” and she was a “MISS!!” Our appetizers ordered were the scallops and the arancini. Both nice presentation. Scallops were salty. Arancini crispy outside (yay) and tepid inside (boo). Truth be told we’ve had amazing Arancini in small Italy Boston last year that was buono! Our main entrees were the squid ink pasta w/lobster medallion and braised short ribs on a bed of risotto. It was tasty. Very tasty! We mentioned in our reservation celebrating anniversary and Concierge with no recognition. All G . . . Yet, the Chef sent appetizers to the first time customer sitting next to us. What . . Wow!?! As a native Hawaiian, local, AND Concierge that has traveled small ‘kine round-da-world-food-snob, fundamental service and food quality is symbiotic. We will not return, nor as a Concierge recommend. Small island and this Kanaka Maoli will go elsewhere.

Everything from the cocktails (I had my fave, the sunny bubbles) to dinner was excellent. We started with my favorite pupu the arancini. I had the short ribs for dinner and it was delicious as usual. My friend tried the tuna carpaccio and the hamachi crudo appetizers as his dinner. He said both were fresh and amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

By far one of the best restaurants on Kauai. The food was amazing and the drinks were refreshing. Brock and Kailei were outstanding and knowledgeable servers. We will definitely be back and highly recommend when you are on the island of Kauai.

Let me just say WOW! I’m blown away on how much I enjoyed our dinner last night. Drinks were tasty, food was delicious, and service was impeccable. I wish we had more time because I would love to try the whole menu. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was amazing and authentic and tasted fantastic. The jindori chicken is the best I’ve had. Everything was good. This is much better than any hotel food - even the high end ones

Steff and Kaile made our experience extra special ! There knowledge of the menu and suggestions were spot on! The food was the best that we have had on the island and some the best in our world travels !

Great food, with great tastes. Celebrated the New Year with my family dining here. Highly recommend it. The apps, entrees and desserts were amazing.

Great experience but was surprised with a sudden prix fixe menu that was not communicated prior by Opentable or the restaurant. Food was outstanding (highly recommend the Lobster & Short Rib) but would've appreciated a heads up.

Enjoyable 4 course tasting menu for NYE 2024. Only complaint was spacing and timing of food. Often part of our table was eating while others were waiting. The portions were bigger than expected and the cocktails were delicious! Glad we chose Naisla for our family of 5 for last meal of 2024
