To ensure that every guest enjoys a complete tea experience, please read the following guidelines before making a reservation:
Reservation Guidelines
• Each tea session is limited to 90 minutes.
• The minimum spend per person is NT$500. A NT$300 deposit per person is required for weekend reservations.
• Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within this time, your booking will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you encounter any unexpected situations, please call us in advance.
• Please complete the payment via credit card or bank transfer within three days upon receiving the online payment notification to secure your reservation. If the payment is not completed within this period, the reservation may be canceled at our discretion.
• If you cancel within three days of the reservation, fail to arrive on the day, or do not have your full party present due to tardiness, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refunding the deposit. If you reduce the number of guests on the day of the reservation, a NT$300 charge per absent guest will apply.
Gentle Reminders
• To provide the best tea and dining experience, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• We offer alcohol beverages. Please do not drink and drive. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to consume alcohol.
• To avoid affecting the aroma of the tea, please use perfume sparingly.
