We are a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients.
Enjoy to your heart's content seasonal ingredients only available now, such as seafood directly from Hokkaido fishermen, Kinka Pork and Yamagata Beef from "Hirata Farm" in Yamagata, and freshly picked vegetables from organic farmers.
The counter seating is available only for the omakase course (8,800 yen), in which the owner prepares all the dishes. In addition to seasonal seafood shabu-shabu and wagyu beef dishes, guests can enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki made with duck, Kinka pork, Yamagata beef, and other ingredients.
A shabu-shabu course (from 4,400 yen) is also available for table seating, allowing guests to enjoy shabu-shabu by themselves, so please choose the dish that best suits your needs.
We have a wide selection of carefully selected Japanese sake and wines from around Japan. We hope you will find the sake of your choice.

We really enjoyed the intimacy of having g the Chef prepare to order and serve each course. Everything we ate was excellent! Tough to find but worth it!

This was a wonderful experience! Friendly staff and chef. One of the best meals we had in Tokyo. Each course was full of flavor and dedication! Meat was high quality. I would highly recommend in the area!
