   Waited over an hour to get our food. It was a Thursday night at 7pm…not too busy as the crowds were already eating when we walked in. We ordered pasta and shrimp so very easy and quick to make. Over an hour—we were over it. The bartender was nice but the older lady was like everything good and we said actually it took over an hour to get one entree. She didn’t really care or anything and said kitchen was backed up I wasn’t over here. Did even get the meal on the house or anything . I get 30 minutes ok 40 but over an hour?! And no sorry or compensation for waiting that long.

   A very special evening celebrating my BFF’s milestone birthday at Ristorante Castello in Blue Bell. We started off with Paper Planes (Bourbon, Amaro, Aperol, Lemon) at the bar. For dinner, carpaccio to start followed by a rib eye and lamb chops with a great Montepulciano. A lovely dinner.

   Not only is the food fabulous, but the service is, too. Ryan was our waiter - he gave us great recommendations and made the evening even more fun. We love dining at Castello’s - always look forward to going back.

   Very disappointed. This was my second dining experience and the first was not great but I hoped in coming back it would show that the first time was just a fluke. I was wrong. Similar to the first visit, the second experience was not ideal. Our servers were wonderful but the time to receive bread and water and then even order and receive our first round of drinks we were almost 30-40 minutes into what turned out to be a 3 hour dinner. By the time we eventually ordered our food, the food did not come out as expected. An appetizer was missing as well as 2 sides for steak entrees. We had to chase down service for drinks and to try to fix our food orders, at which point we were just told the sides (sides that we wanted) would just come off the bill. Again, servers were apologetic but clearly there is a larger issue as this was not an isolated experience. For the price we paid, would expect a higher quality and professional experience. Will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

   The food, as usual was very good. Service was slow and sporadic. The noise level was extremely loud and we just wanted to get our check and leave as soon as we finished dinner

   My daughter and I went to eat at a “fancy” (her words) restaurant before her school’s “dad-daughter” dance. The hostess and wait staff made a big deal about her dress which was fantastic. John, our waiter, was wonderful - personable, funny, and knowledgeable. The stuffed long hot was fantastic and my daughter loves the gnocchi. My daughter had a great time.
