ガルベストン島で見逃せないレストランRudy & Pacoでは、島で最もユニークなダイニング体験を楽しめます。Rudy & Pacoは中南米の風味を加えたシーフードグリルやステーキを提供しています。おいしいアントヒートスを食べながら、お好みのカクテルを片手にリラックスできます。Rudy & Pacoはグランド1894オペラハウスの隣にあり、ショーの前の特別なディナーに最適です。ディナー時のショートパンツ（男女とも）、帽子/キャップ、ノースリーブのシャツ（男性）の着用はお断りしています。ランチ時のドレスコードは「スマートカジュアル」です。

    When in Galveston the best dining experience is Rudy & Paco! This was not our first visit and certainly will not be our last. The food is always on point and the services is always what you expect from a fine dining establishment. Don't let the casual atmosphere of the island deter you from a great evening. We enjoyed a long 3 hour meal with friends, shared a bottle of French wine and even splurged on desert when we were truly full! To say I recomend dining at Rudy and Paco is an understatement!

    Love love Rudy and Pacos… probably been there over 100 times!! food is amazing, atmosphere, service just the best… not to mention Paco overseeing everything ! 1 of the best places ever!

    Always the same amazing food and atmosphere. I hate it though because the calamari is so amazing and the bread and the plantains that I am always to full to eat one of their amazing entrees! Good thing for to go boxes!

    Highly recommend, can’t say enough about the serves, food and just overall experience. We were in the island for the day and went for lunch and we weren’t disappointed at all. Will come back for dinner next time

    Wonderful restaurant, its reputation is well deserved. Highly recommend both the filet and rib eye. We shared the Quattro Leches for desert , which was terrific.
