   We have eaten there many times and loved it. This time it felt very different. Our reservation was at 8:00. At 3 minutes till we were told that they wouldn’t seat us until 8:00 exactly. Where did this policy come from? It makes people feel uncomfortable and that they aren’t wanted. There was no one else waiting and plenty of tables available. Bad. Bad service.

   We have been dining at this particular Ruth's Chris' for many years now and have noticed that something has changed in the quality of the steaks since Darden Foods took over a couple years ago. I don't know if their supplier has changed or if their aging process has changed but the quality and taste of the New York Strip has definitely changed (The NY Strip is what I ALWAYS order so I speak from experience). The service is still first class as always and the other menu items seem consistent. This is our third visit since the change in ownership and coincidentally the third time the NY Strip has not been up to expectation.

   Was a great experience, from the minute we walked in with the hostess (Shelly) greeting us, wish us a happy anniversary, (yes it was in their computer) but acknowledged non the less with a smile. Will our waiter, was great!! Very informative with and on the menu, food was great but with a great waiter It makes the experience ten fold. From the rose petals on the table to the acknowledgment from Will as well. We are from NOLA, and would recommend Ruth’s Chris in the Hard Rock before the one in NOLA. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING !!!

   They were out of a couple of items we ordered. It was extremely hot in the back of the restaurant, several of us were sweating and made it less enjoyable. The food and service were great.

   When I made my reservation I included on the reservation that we would be celebrating my husband’s birthday. We had to send someone to get our waiter 2 times. This was not a good experience. The manager apologized but the damage was done and I think once I got the manager involved the waiter was upset and the manager had to take our dessert order and pack it to go. I don’t think anyone would pay this type of money to have someone ignore them and people who was seated after them be served before them don’t have to eat there again!!!!!

    This is the Ruth Chris I remember, food was fantastic, service was great, drinks were awesome. I’ve been to some sub par Ruth Chris in other cities but Biloxi Ruth Chris gets five Stars!
