Welcome to Ruth's Chris Steak House. Look around. Have a seat. If this is your first visit, prepare to taste the greatest steak you've ever eaten. As founder Ruth Fertel used to say, "If you've ever had a filet this good, welcome back." We take steak seriously, but we're also serious about making sure you have a good time. So you won't find the stodgy, uptight attitude you might find at other steak houses. Feel free to laugh out loud. Stay a while. Experience the sizzle. Above all, enjoy yourself. This is the place that showed the world how great a steak can be. Carefully selected and aged for tenderness. Cut thick to ensure juiciness. Seared to perfection at 1800 degrees. Seasoned simply with salt, black pepper and a touch of parsley, because a steak like this needs nothing else. Topped with fresh butter that sizzles seductively on your plate, announcing the arrival of a great steak.

Very poor service. The server was not attentive or available much at all during our dinner. He seems put out to have to attend to us. When sending back the steak and vegetable kabob for being raw instead it was returned to me charred. I would never recommend this location to anyone when visiting this area.

Went for new year’s eve had to wait for 40 min past my rsvp for a table. Steak was over cooked and lobster mac n cheese was knorr suiza with cream

Horrible la experiencia, el servicio malo parecían gallinas sin cabeza corriendo de un lado a otro. Los comensales tenían que ir por sus tragos al bar y la comida era abandonada por los meseros a un lado de la mesa. Por lo que varios comensales optaron por tomar sus alimentos. Obviamente los platillos mal preparados. Nada que ver a la calidad acostumbrada al lugar. En conclusión fueron rebasados por el número de comensales y la falta de recursos humanos calificados. No obstante seguían recibiendo gente sin reservación abonando a un caos en el servido y la preparación de alimentos y bebidas.

I’ve been to several Ruth’s Chris locations, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand it was New Year’s Eve and expected it to be busy, but the restaurant should have been prepared for that. Unfortunately, they seemed short-staffed and disorganized. We were seated at a dirty table, waited forever for our drinks—which were poorly made—and the food was just okay. Our waiter was inattentive, and while the staff seemed to be rushing around, it didn’t feel like anything was actually getting done. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
