   Went to this location tonight for my anniversary dinner. At first our server, Chad, was very kind and accommodating. He placed rose petals on our table and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food in general. We shared a caesar salad appetizer and then ordered a petite filet and a bone in filet and mashed potatoes to share. Once we got our food however, we quite literally did not see our server for over 50 minutes. My girlfriends steak wasn’t cooked properly and she also wanted a soda with her meal but our server was nowhere to be found. We had to ask the manager behind the bar for to-go boxes and a soda and then once our food was being boxed up, our server came by with our check. We then asked for dessert to-go and his snarky response was ‘oh I thought you guys were in a rush to leave’, all because we had to get up and ask a manager for boxes/a soda because again, server never came by for OVER 50 MINUTES. My girlfriend and I are both in the service industry so we understand the aspects of the job, but not a single person checked on us for almost an hour. We didn’t even mention the steak being cooked incorrectly because the servers comment was just so rude. We did, however, get a free dessert but that too tasted like nothing but chemicals???? Just a major let down for a place where we spent nearly $200.

   Wonderful experience. Seated early, waiter explained everything in detail, bread was included (a surprise these days), drinks were delicious, steak and filets were done to perfection, salads were exquisite, sides were scrumptious, and cheesecake melted in your mouth.

   Service was excellent, steaks were cooked exactly as we were expecting, and the noise level was just fine, conversation was easy.

   We opted to sit outdoors for the fresh air. Great! None of the St Pete hassles of outdoor dining like 90 percent of the restaurants have. Ruth Cjhris.had very good atmosphere. Our server was Jack. The Best! He listened and made sure food was perfect. Manager Cassie cares and checked on all. Great experience.

   We were served water and then ignored. After 30 minutes of waiting for a server we got up and left. We won't be back. The restaurant was almost empty and seemed to have more than enough staff available.

    Lovely steaks, sea bass and chicken, all delivered after an acceptably longish wait, I am always suspicious of the food coming out too quick! Service was great, definitely will book again.
