ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive.
