Premium meats with aged beef served fresh. Ssamjang has an open kitchen concept as our meats are sliced per order. Ssamjang is a traditional dipping sauce made from soybean paste and red pepper paste. It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. It is commonly used for Korean bbq dipping sauce and for lettuce wraps (sambap). Get creative and show us your ideas to use Ssamjang! Our restaurant has a full bar with TV's to watch your favorite game. We are located down the street from the Battery/Truist Park and inside Cumberland Mall. We are also open late till 2am on Fri and Saturday and 12am on M-Thurs. We have a large table that can accommodate up to 25 people!
