Chase’s Place Cocktails + Kitchen is a craft cocktail bar and small plates kitchen located in the heart of historic, downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. Chase coined the phrase ‘Craft Cocktails for Common Humanity’ because the cozy cocktail bar (originally a home built in 1939) was developed to foster a sense of community through interesting drinks and shareable food. A small rotating menu centers around creative options served tapas/family style.
