We strive to bring approachable food and beverage, a sense of comfort and community, as well as a unique and quality dining experience. We call ourselves a "cafe" in the sense that we are not pretentious and offer a fine dining experience in an atmosphere of comfort and respite.
Parking in Opera Alley, and downtown, can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time when making reservations to find a parking space, or consider a night off from driving and get an Uber or Lift!! Reservations for 6 or more require a credit card, subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. A $20 per guest charge may be applied for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours.
Open breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the summer months we invite you to relax by the lake with a meal or one of our famous Huckleberry Daiquiris. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages.
