Situated between Surry Hills and Darlinghurst over 2 levels. The ground level is reserved for classic dinner experience while the mezzanine level hosts Cabaret Nights from Tuesday to Sunday or private functions at request.

Former TV chef Marc Kuzma (aka Claire de Lune) lets his talents shine at his Darlinghurst venture. Step through the doors from Oxford Street, and enter a world of glamour, decadence and French chic. Soaring ceilings, imported wallpapers, glittering chandeliers, white linen, black Louis XV chairs and French antiques will make you feel like you're world's away from the chaos of the bustling street outside. Oh oui, nous aimons que….(we love that!). Charming French waiters warmly welcome patrons at Claire' and the brasserie classics with contemporary touches are done with true French finesse. The Brewery operates on a walk-in basis, it can fill up quick, so Best to book a table no matter the size of your group to avoid disappointment.

Located in the heart of Penrith, our brand new small-batch brewing facility is open to the public and offers our visitors an immersive brewery experience. Sit and drink some of our finest craft beers from the bar and enjoy a hearty feast, while you watch our brewmasters hard at work.

As we’re a manufacturing facility and brew our craft beer on site, you’ll experience the smells and sounds of our brewing process in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere.

With plenty of seating and a large-open plan layout, our brewery is the perfect location for hosting large groups to celebrate just about any occasion in a casual fashion.

Please book 24 hours in advance.
The booking are limited to a 3 hour session.
Please contact us or leave a comment on the booking if you require anything extra. e.g. high chair, seats with back rest, high or low tables, etc.
