出荷業者、中でもレストランから約24kmのところにあるThe Natural Veg Menと呼ばれるオーガニック生産者の団体と密接な関係を築いており、そこから仕入れた上質な食材をもとに、シェフがメニューを考案しています。
ランチには軽めのアラカルトメニューを用意しており、15ポンド（GBP）で2コース料理、18ポンドで3コース料理を楽しめます。ディナーはフル・アラカルトメニューとなり、厳選された食材を使用した多彩な創作料理を提供しています。

A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. The Ring O’ Bells is located in the heart of the picturesque Cheshire village Christleton. Recently extended & fully refurbished to the highest standard the unique plush interior creates a fabulous ambience and compliments the pubs picturesque surroundings.The addition of The Glasshouse, a contemporary new extension, gives an exciting dimension to the pub, creating a spectacular dining environment perfect for hosting any special event. In the warmer months its fully retractable doors create the ideal inside/outside space.
The restaurant has also been given a fresh new look creating a vibrant place to dine.
