Beach Tree（ビーチツリー）は、カリフォルニアと熱帯の影響を受けたイタリア料理と地中海料理を提供するレストランで、ニョッキ＆オックステールのラグー、ハマクア・マッシュルーム、クレミニ・マッシュルーム、フォンティーナ・ピザなどの名物料理を提供しています。レストランでは50以上のワインを用意し、グラス、カラフェ、ボトルで楽しめます。熱帯の原料や新鮮な果物を使った、オリジナルのカクテルも味わえます。「ビーチツリー・スマッシュ」は梨とライムから、「Tom's Pink Shirt」はグアバリキュール、新鮮なワイメア・ストロベリー、自家製の甘酸っぱいアガベシロップ、新鮮なライムジュースから作られています。Barefoot Tableのほか、Beach Tree kitchenの中央にあるシェフズカウンターも利用できます。

きれいなサンセットが見られます。浜にあるビーチツリーがフォトスポットのようで、皆さん夕日をバックに写真を撮ってました。 すぐそこが海なのでロマンチックな雰囲気です。生演奏もあります。フォーシーズンズではカジュアルで価格も安いレストランです。（あくまでもフォーシーズンズでは！） お料理は量が多いです。ピザを頼んだら2人ではとても食べきれません。パスタもあってお腹いっぱいでした。シーザーサラダはちゃんと取り分けて持ってきてくれ、とても気が利いてます。 カクテルも美味しかった。

南国リゾートの雰囲気やサービスは期待どおりでした。 ヒルトンのKPCのように騒がしい子連れやマナーの悪い〇国人も居なく、それなりの層の大人が静かにかつ楽し気に食事をする場所です。 ただ、料理の見た目も味も悪くはないのですが、シニアの私には少し味付けが濃かったように思われます。また訪れたいレストランが一つ増えました。

7年ぶりのKPCはとても素晴らしかったです。 今回はサンセットも見ることができたし、お料理もとても美味しかったです。特にカンパチは脂がのっていて美味しかった。ハワイ島に来たら一度は行ってみてほしいお店の一つです。
