Please let us know if you if you have children included in your booking and require a high chair, we will do our best to accommodate. Some of our tables are high top tables with stools, please let us know if you prefer to sit at a regular table and we will do our best to make sure you're comfortable. The booking system will have either high top or low tables available. Sometimes if there is only 1 option, we will only have that available. We will do our best to cater for your requirements but sometimes may be out of our control.
If you have chosen to book an outdoor table please be aware we may not have tables available undercover if the weather is too wet or too cold however if you have booked a table under our pergola you will stay warm and dry. We offer wine tastings during the week and have a special free wine tasting on weekends.

We are located at Balgownie Estate in Maiden Gully. Balgownie Estate is Bendigo’s oldest commercial Vineyard. We have been producing award winning wines from our first vintage back in 1972. Today you can visit our restaurant and cellar door and taste from our extensive selection of wines made from hand harvested fruit grown on their beautiful old vines that are now over 50 years old.

Drawing inspiration from the Fabrizio family's wine odyssey, which began in Torino de Sangro—a town nestled between the mountains and the sea in Italy's Abruzzo region— the maritime-influenced slopes of the Mornington Peninsula hinterland are home to the iconic Red Hill Estate; a new venue sparks the beginning of a new chapter, offering food and wine experiences in a relaxed dining area with views of the kitchen garden and olive trees.
Restaurant bookings are available at 11:45am, 12:00pm, 12:15pm or 2:00pm, 2:15pm, 2:30pm for a duration of two hours. Wine Experience bookings are available at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm for a duration of 45 minutes.
