Just completing its first year on the dining scene in Telluride, Kazahana offers classic Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Naoki Takahashi and his team. Sourcing the freshest seafood from around the world, the menu includes sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, chirashi, tartar and ceviche, as well as a selection of salads and hot entrees. Beverage options include Japanese inspired cocktails, whiskey, beer, and a top notch selection of sake and wine. Since then, Cole’s signature non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has been warmly received by visitors from across the country and around the globe. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Tahk Omakase is located on Lincoln Street in the heart of beautiful downtown Steamboat Springs. We offer the best sushi you will find in Steamboat and beyond. Open Tuesday-Saturday at 5pm.
Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome.
We offer regular tables, high-tops, sushi bar seats, and our community high-top bar.

Premium All You Can Eat Sushi in Thornton, Colorado!We do not accept reservations at this time, as we are first come - first serve. Our online waitlist is available from 4:30pm-10:30pm every day on the OpenTable app. We have an 8 guests maximum per group. Please call the restaurant if you have a party larger than 8 people, though we cannot guarantee larger parties will sit down together at same time or same area.
