In 2004, The Coup opened its doors to Calgary and surrounding areas with the desire to provide a modern vegetarian restaurant to the community. Since then we have been dedicated to delivering a vibrant atmosphere and creative vegetarian fare. Our products have been selected based on a deep desire to support local, make everything from scratch, and celebrate the community we are in.

Our bar program has a strong cocktail focus, with great partners who have aligned ethical and ecologically sustainable practices. We focus on local brewers and distillers, and strive to curate a cocktail menu that focuses on ingredients that are local, flavourful, and unique. We strongly believe that the experience of dining, or enjoying cocktails isn’t only for those who drink alcohol.
