DSRT CLUB! Another creation brought to you by the owners of RD RNNR. In developing a sister restaurant to RD RNNR, we set out to create a social club atmosphere that drew inspiration from the lore of Desert nostalgia. In our journey through the development of the name and design, we came across a true desert classic in The Desert Club. This vintage establishment was built in the late 1930’s and was closed up in the late 1980’s. With the 1940’s and 1950’s marking the major success of The Desert Club, we then envisioned a restaurant that brought back the swanky essence of those years here in the Desert.
With the intent to restore some vintage ADULT dining to the “cove”, our hope is to establish a feeling of upscale classic that is reminiscent of “nostalgic” Desert vibes. We are focused on offering a great feel in ambiance, amazing food and exceptional service all wrapped in a tight bow.
Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

The Barn Kitchen offers a refined take on rustic American cuisine. Executive Chef Jon Butler focuses on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, and the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. By creating a communal dining atmosphere, we invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.
The Barn Kitchen is open daily for lunch from 11 am – 2 pm and dinner from 5pm – 9pm. The bar remains open until 11 pm every day for hotel guests, serving a selection of microbrews, wine, and spirits. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for star gazing and smores. Outside guests must reserve a table for lunch and dinner.

The Bistro specializes in exciting, contemporary fine cuisine including succulent seafood and tantalizing sushi selections. The Bistro offers an enticing array of salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts, sure to impress the most discriminating of palates.
Guests have the option to dine inside with a view of the exhibition kitchen, or outside overlooking palm trees and a beautiful courtyard.
Inspired by the flavor and flair of the Middle East, Lola Rose Grand Mezze is the lively, leisurely signature restaurant at Thompson Palm Springs. Sip and share from sunlight to moonlight with an array of savory spreads, charred meats, fresh seafood, greens and grains paired with a menu of playful cocktails. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
The Grill on Main in La Quinta! Come down to the Grill on Main for an exciting new approach to American fare, featuring fresh cuisine with a lively atmosphere.
