Our food was not worth the money we paid for it plus our server only came by once or twice and didn’t act like she could care if she was waiting on us or not so that 18% tip that was added to the bill for two people was ridiculous. My husband also asked for a cheese enchilada and she said one second and then she turned my background. Oh, we can’t make that, but we can get you something else with just cheese on it as my husband is a vegetarian my first time there and my last time I hope other people really think about it before they go in this place. Maybe if you just wanna drink and listen to some music maybe but that’s about it. And also, you couldn’t even find where to park. From walking in the door your greeted by dry unwelcoming greeters. We got our seat. Took infer then expected for the server to come get our drink order. Once she took our drink/food order we never seen her again after 2 hours. We had to flag her down to get the bill. It was higher then expected being it was only 2 people. Upon looking at the bill they have the audacity to charge a service fee of 18% gratuity that explains why the server was not engaging or checking on us. She was automatically getting 18% tip. We had a party of 10 for the birthday and agreed to being charged additional for bringing our own bday cake. However, I cut the cake and served it myself. So I basically paid for them to carry it to the table. It is what it is but….then I received my main dish with a long thick hair in it. The waitress literally saw me pull it out of my mouth in horror…she immediately took my bowl and offered to remake for me. I accepted the offer and just asked to leave out some ingredients this time as I realized I’d prefer it without beans and since they were remaking it anyway, why not. Well they refused to comp my hairy meal because I changed the ingredients in the remake. How petty is that? Paid almost $800 bill and you couldn’t give a courtesy of my hairy meal to show good customer service? That’s definitely a turn off. The waitress was sweet and courteous and I don’t blame her for the hair but I do feel management could have done better. It was a gross violation and when a customer is paying that much at your establishment, you show good faith where needed. The entertainment for a Sunday evening was definitely blah but the music was nice although very loud. Not an issue if that’s what you like. I don’t mind the music. The food was just okay, nothing to blow you away and considering the care that was placed into serving me hair, I would definitely not recommend this place for the food. Had a blast watching all the staff dancing and many patrons celebrating. The noise level was not the greatest for a date.
