前回来た時は美味しかったが、今回は全体的に味付けが濃すぎて、料理の味が台無しだった。通常の味付けに戻して欲しい

プライベートでランチを食べに訪れた。食事はどれも美味しかったが、デザートのマンゴー・プリンが無くなっていたのは残念だった。ここのマンゴープリンは以前香港で食べ、大変美味しかった印象がある。ただ代わりに食べたツバメの巣のスープはマンゴープリンに勝るとも劣らない味わいであった。

Beyond exceptional meal and service in a gorgeous, quiet setting. This meal knocked it out of the park, and my spouse and I commented after only our first bite how wonderful it was not to be disappointed or underwhelmed as is so often the case these days. Every course was a grand slam, service was impeccable, and the venue so comfortable and beautiful. Surprisingly, we were not shocked at the prices, which were very reasonable, especially given the quality. Bravo to all involved. Not a single criticism. Perfect!! We will be back. [Note: dim sum, crispy tofu, braised eggplant, sea bass, crispy beef tenderloin, red rice … all perfect]
