Set in a Victorian pedestrian walkway where the warm weather brings diners out onto the pavement, a little bit of Italy in urbe. As good as the location may be, the best reason to eat here is that the food is just so good. Pasta, in all its glory, is at the centre of the menu. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better fettuccine carbonara or spaghetti Bolognese, even at twice the price. But the starters, salads, pizzas, and meat and fish courses are just as good. Close to British Museum and Lincoln’s Inn, two other great British institutions.

Lovely food - good quality and decent portion size. Gets a bit smoky when the chefs cooking steak. Service fine but not really equal to the 12.5% service charge

We were a party of 6 returning due to the lifting of the lockdown restrictions. As usual the food and service were superb. Nothing is too much trouble for this restaurant. We will return.

We had a fantastic meal on a Saturday afternoon in August. Felt so sorry as due to the corona virus it was very quiet. However, the staff was superb as usual. Really loved the avocado bruschetta and the spinach pasta dish I had. There were 6 of us who had not met up for 6 months and we were there for 4 hours chatting. Already arranging our return visit in October.

The Sicilian Avenue restaurant is the prettiest of this chain. The service was very good and friendly. The food was of a reasonably high standard and it was good value.

A lovely restaurant on Sicilian St. We were cordially greeted and shown to our table. Our Waiter Filippo provided outstanding service, while helping us with our dinner choices. Our dinner was served with a flair and looked fantastic. My Tagliatelle Pollo and Asparagus was delicious with lots of chicken and asparagus. My Wife had Pollo Alla Milanese which she loved. As we were leaving we thanked the three chef kitchen team for a great meal and were walked to the door by Filippo. Another couple were coming in and we mentioned our great experience and they advised this was their second night in a row for dinner at the Spaghetti House.
