We frequent Stonewerks several times a month. We enjoy the location close to home, the Staff, Friendly & Pleasant, we find prices completive to other restaurants in the area. Here’s a refined version of your review: My experience at Stone Werks - Lincoln Heights was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service. Our server, Rudy, went above and beyond; not only ensuring our food arrived promptly but doing so with genuine care and purpose. His attentiveness and warm demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. Horrible experience. Checked in and the male said we didn’t have a reservation and it would be 45 minutes. I came back inside and showed the girl my reservation confirmation and was told they just needed to clear a table for us. Our server was nice and tried hard, but she may have been newer. The salads were served, but we didn’t get any silverware for 15 minutes afterwards. We got up and asked several people, but there was no forks to be found, nor napkins. We did receive a few cocktail napkins. It was hilarious that we had to sit at our table for 15 minutes, picking at our salads with our fingers. The entrees were decent, but my niece didn’t receive her tacos the way she had ordered them. Took 20 more minutes to get the replacement plain fajita tacos. Still prepared incorrectly. Definitely understaffed and unable to handle the volume of customers. If there was a manager onsite, they were nowhere to be found. The last time we tried dining there, there was a sign on the front door, stating that the bathrooms were out of order. But yet there were people still dining inside. Food was delicious as usual. Had the Pecan breaded chicken which was really good and flavorful. Also tried the frozen espresso martini which was one of the best i’ve had. Waiter Matthew was great and still attentive given how busy they were. Will be back again.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
