   I’ve visited T-Bones on several different occasions. The food and service has always been premier, but unfortunately this last visit was terribly disappointing when talking it up to our out-of-town guest. The food was above par, but not spectacular as it has been in the past. My baked potato was over baked, dry and peeling away from its skin. They brought out rock hard cold butter and sour cream which even made it worse. My biggest disappointment was the service. The lead server was friendly enough, but the other servers acted as if you were putting them out and not pleasant. We were just highly disappointed to want to show off Summerlin and Red Rock to our friend who stays on the strip when visiting hoping to get him to visit Red Rock instead in the future.

   You can count on T-Bones every time for excellent food and service and ambience. The crab cakes are exceptional, delicious steak and lobster, it's all good. Expensive, plan on $200 per person, but they deliver on the food and service.

    The service was impeccable with personal touches throughout like using our names, going to a restaurant next door to get our kids coloring materials, remembering a birthday, etc. the food was cooked to perfection and each dish came out in a timely manner. One thing to note, you can dress up or dress down; everyone feels comfortable in the inviting atmosphere. We will absolutely be back after such a wonderful experience .
