   10/10 experience. Great service from our server, Jack, and the food was firing on all cylinders. From flank to picanha to lamb, everything was wonderful and cooked very well.

   Excellent food and service. Our waitress was very attentive and served with a smile each time. The food was delicious. The meat servers kept coming. We never had to wait. As a matter of fact they were so prompt we had to refuse more towards the end. Lol The owners/managers came to our table twice to check on us. All and all 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon celebrating my 65th birthday!

   The service was amazing! The meat was not great, overcooked, some burnt, not really seasoned. The salad bar, drinks and dessert were really good. The bill…ouch!

   We have been here numerous times and have loved our experience overall. Last night was one of our absolute-favorites. Sam was our server and he was attentive and engaged and always had just what we were looking for. Fresh plates came when we needed them (without asking). Our perfect-temp foods came out timely, generously, and were delicious!! Sam suggested drinks, desserts, and coffee but wasn’t pushy. Thanks so much, Sam. You made the night, and we give you 10 stars!!

   Not as many meat selections tonight 4/8 as there typically are. Crème brûlée was cold and top was not crunchy. Dirty silverware and glasses.

   First let’s talk about service… my server, Madison, a familiar face I recognize from previous poor experiences, was still here and training a new server. I genuinely felt sorry for the guy she was training because he would likely end up copying her bad habits and poor work ethic. In general, most servers know about the “two bite” rule and wait for diners to take “two bites” before inquiring about the food. We hadn’t even started taking a bite into the food before she came over to ask if the food came out okay. 😂 Second, she was too busy chatting with the other servers in the corner to pay attention to refilling drinks or see if we needed anything like refills on bread or other offered sides. We had to ask for refills before we got them. I asked for more bread and had to ask again because she forgot. Now for the food, unfortunately, everything was pretty mediocre. We asked for medium rare to medium for the cook, and 99% of the food was medium well. Everything was just dry and borderline edible. Best part of the buffet was the salad bar, and the soups. I didn’t bother ordering dessert or additional drinks knowing I’d probably have to wait forever to get it.

   We had wonderful service from our server, Jada. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We love the huge salad bar and variety of meats. This is a great spot for even the pickiest eater.

   Usually when we go, we don’t have to keep asking if the meat (Steak) is going to be coming around. Had to ask 5 times for steak. There was plenty bc we could see the guys come out of the back with it and straight over to the bigger room. Our server was awesome. After we were done, the food did not sit well in both my and my wife’s stomach. It was a 911 toilet situation.
