   When we got to the restaurant they couldn’t find my reservation. After a while they said they found it but it was not the correct. I showed them my reservation on the app but they didn’t care. Said we will seat you but now you have to wait since you did it wrong. Prices are going up I get it, but why does customer service go down?

   Our server Abel was AMAZING! Was super tentative without hovering over us..was always one step ahead of us and made sure the food we wanted was brought out to us. All the food was delicious and fresh...drinks from the bar were great also!

   Poor service was my birthday and was not a good experience i have came to this restaurant many years and have never had such bad service. I will not be coming to this location again. Addison is a better location for this restaurant.

   Salad bar was phenomenal as usual, but the service was terrible. Waited forever to have plates and refills of beverages through the whole visit. Waitress was nice, but her lack of service ruined the experience. Requested lamb chops at the beginning of the night, waited 45 minutes until I requested it once again, and then the chops finally showed up burned to a crisp. Most of the steak was great besides a few times of it being overcooked also. This was probably my tenth visit or more to Texas de Brazil, and after tonight I may visit again hoping to get better service for my money.

   The food was pretty decent and the service was good. Everything was pretty expensive but partially worth it. I would definitely recommend trying it just for the experience!

   Only issue is the same I have every time. I like to have coffee every time with my dessert and every time I order coffee it is cold. I have sent it back a couple of times which I don't like doing and this time didn't bother. Why would they serve cold coffee, every time?

   Been here several times and several locations over the years. The salad bar is impressive as always and the food is very nice quality. As I'm getting older the tolerance for salt is getting lower and their meat is highly seasoned but still delicious. Sadly, we were seated near a service area tucked away from either main dining area, so the meat service is minimal. We actually only had 3 meat selections offered to us while were actively dining as they would directly go into the main dining area, empty their skewers and walk away, so that was disappointing for the price you pay. Did we get full? Yes of course. Will I go back? Probably not anytime soon and if so I'll be more direct about where we are seated.

    We were very disappointed on this visit. All the beef choices were grisly and chewy except for the filet mignon. The chicken was dry and non-descrip. Salad bar was good but meat selections were such a disappointment. I expect more for the price paid.
