Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area – a feast for your eyes as well as your palate. Indulge in a wide array of seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses and other specialties. Next, an endless parade of gauchos visit your table with skewers of freshly grilled meats carved tableside. Choose from perfectly seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, cooked over a wood charcoal fire the way cowboys of Southern Brazil have prepared it for generations. We had a wonderful time trying new foods and ways to prepare them. We especially enjoyed the Parmesan crusted pork, the garlic filet and the bite sized cheese bread. Our server was attentive and explained everything to us and gave recommendations on what to try. So glad we went!

Food wa med to well done dry hostess Was rude and bothered to answer questions or allow us to choose a different table even thought there wer 20 empty tables told us there were 15 different meats to try but the only brought 9 the goucho servers said only 9 meats tonight as the restaurant is very slow Disappointed from start to finish
