Our family-friendly Monterey Bay restaurant is close to the Aquarium, situated over sapphire waters and immersed in the natural beauty of the California coast. The C restaurant features only seafood endorsed by Seafood Watch of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The delicious Arctic Char featured on Executive Chef Matt Bolton's menus is similar to salmon in taste, texture and color, but is available year-round, and is rated a "best choice" by Seafood Watch.

Located at the upscale InterContinental The Clement Monterey hotel on Monterey Bay. Every table at the C restaurant has a view of the pristine and scenic Monterey Bay. Marine life sightings abound, including dolphins, whales, harbor seals and sea otters. Enjoy the parade of sea creatures and shore birds as you savor the finest in California regional cuisine.

Second night in a row we have eaten here. It was better than our first night, which was excellent. Save room for desert which are as good as it gets.

Outstanding. Had one of the most enjoyable dinners this year. Setting overlooking the bay is perfect. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly . The food is as good as it gets. Go for a special and wonderful dining experience.

Absolutely delicious meals! My husband had the salmon entree and I had the swordfish. We split a gem wedge salad, and it was very good. The service was excellent!

most welcoming from start to finish. Lovely wines offered by the glass, swordfish and salmon entrees beautifully prepared, attractive lighting and live guitar music all made for great experience. Devin's service was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and we made note to ask for his table again on our next visit. By all means save room for dessert, especially the remarkable banasta. Memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at the C! The food was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful with a beautiful view of Monterey Bay! Our servers were wonderful! Our server at dinner was especially nice and made excellent recommendations! Also at dinner the manager was excellent and made sure everyone was well taken care of. We had both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend.

This was our second visit to this wonderful restaurant. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given Chandon champagne. Best waiter ever!!! Can’t wait to come back♥️
