    Overall a very enjoyable experience but there were a few factors that cost this restaurant a star. Mainly, cost for value. For two people, it was $260 which is not terrible for a good steakhouse but you also don’t usually leave a good steakhouse unsatisfied. We ordered two dry aged New York strips medium rare and they were cooked perfectly but had zero seasoning, not even a salt crust. Additionally the steaks come with absolutely no sides and what they do offer for shareable table sides was very limited. We ended up with the truffle fries which were pretty good. We also ordered a bottle of Riesling. On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant and the wait staff was very attentive.

    Food was excellent. All staff was amazing from entering the restaurant, until we left. The car valet service and politeness was astonishing!

    The Capital Grille in Baltimore was an amazing dining experience. The dry rub ribeye is perfectly seasoned, while the lamb chops are tender and flavorful. The service was top-notch and a great way to end my Valentine Birthday! Will be back!

    Brian was a phenomenal waiter and provided excellent recommendations. The wine list, cocktail list and food menus had amazing selections. The highest quality all around which led to an amazing night. Can't wait to go back!

    Great restaurant, we attended for years, however, in a past decade it has been loosing its quality. Service is excellent as usual, location is great but food quality is very average, I really miss the quality once it used to be!

    The staff at The Capital Grille were incredibly polite and helpful. Our waitress was excellent, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had a fantastic experience. We were seated right away, and the food was absolutely amazing. They also went above and beyond to accommodate a special birthday dessert, which made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you for helping make her birthday so special! I will definitely be back soon.
