   3if us went for the Waygu and Wine dinner. Our waitress was very good, giving us time to visit before ordering. And she checked to see if we could order a different wine than those in pairings. Answer: yes! Burgers were perfectly prepared and delicious as were fries that came w/ burgers. Only had room for coffees after. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

   What sets the Capital Grille apart from other restaurants is the impeccable service, in my opinion, but that’s not all. From our drinks to every detail of the meal, everything was of the highest quality and expertly prepared. My husband’s filet was perfectly medium as he ordered and my sliced filet with wild mushrooms delicious. We always look forward to their sides - mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. We had clam chowder, calamari (with maybe a tad too many chopped hot cherry peppers as they were cut quite small and hard to avoid), and dessert. At the Burlington location, the tables seemed rather close and the room got a bit loud but nothing overshadowed yet another excellent meal and dining experience.

   We took advantage of Dine Out Week(s) and had an excellent meal. The restaurant was crowded and noisy in the main room (to be expected when many take advantage of discounted offerings). Our waiter, Ronald D, as excellent, as were the other staff members who helped deliver food. Everything was perfectly cooked. This steak house is pricey, but the service and food were up to the high standard sCapital Grille is known for, even when a substantial discount was available. Thanks for another great meal!
