   Kayla P was our server and I must say she was beyond excellent! She gave us great advice on ordering and was extremely attentive all night. The chips and caviar dip was delicious as well as the tuna tartare. We came for the wine and Wagyu evening but ended up ordering steaks and burgers as well because we couldn't decide what we wanted and instead ordered even more. The lobster Mac blew my mind (a recommendation by Kayla). The drinks were perfectly made and served by Kayla and have to say she truly made our night a special experience.

   One of the "Dishes of The Year" last year was the blue cheese and wagyu burger on brioche at The Capital Grille during their short-term Wagyu and Wine event. Returned this year and the burger is just as good (and the Duckhorn wine may be better!).

   Once again, Capital Grille came through with flying colors. We celebrated my husband Bob’s birthday with friends. We had a lovely corner booth, table was decorated and they had a birthday card waiting. Host and our server Philippe went out of their way to make Bob feel special. Chef surprised with a special treat to start the evening (delicious calmari). Food was delicious, Philippe was terrific and we had a glorious evening. Bravo Capital Grille!

    The food was delicious. Steaks cooked as requested. Our server Oscar was very attentive and courteous. Overall , great dining experience!
