全ての素晴らしいシーフードレストランの陰には、新鮮なシーフードを取り揃えた倉庫があります。 Fishery Restaurant & Marketは北太平洋のビーチからわずか数ブロックの場所に位置します。 シンプルながら、湾岸の漁場と地元の養殖場の最高の食材に重点を置いた「沿岸料理」のメニューを提供しています。シェフのPaul Ariasの情熱は、季節と鮮度のピークにある食材のみで成し得る味からも明らかです。 Fishery Marketでは新鮮な魚、調理済みのシーフード、サラダ、ソース、マリネなどを取り揃えており、ワイン、パン、専門食品も用意しています。

    ダウンダウンからは車で15分以上離れた住宅街の中にあるにもかかわらず、期待以上に満足度の高いシーフードレストランであった。クオリティの高い食事とアットホームなサービス、混み合ってるレストラン特有の適度なガヤガヤした雰囲気といい、すべてにおいて楽しむことができた。ここは是非再訪したい。

    A neighborhood gem with consistenlty excellent food, friendly service, good beverage menu. We tend to sit outside to avoid the loud inner enviornment when the restaurant is full. Heaters available for cool evenings.

    The Fishery has the best seafood in San Diego…hands down. Everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff is extremely attentive and the ambiance is great. One of my favorite restaurants in San Diego.

    We loved this place for our anniversary dinner. Never been before. Found quick parking out front. We’re seated within a few minutes of our reservation time. It’s a busy place lots of servers all working together to get the job done. Everyone’s very pleasant and the atmosphere is clean and lively. Our food was delicious. We chose the swordfish steak that’s a sharing dish. It was absolutely fabulous with the béarnaise sauce. Or wine was a pinot noir from Switzerland. The sommelier poured it for us. We had the lemon tart and the orange sorbet, in house made, for dessert. So good. It was a fabulous experience. We will definitely recommend recommended to others and be back ourselves. Thank you for all you do.  We had the lemon tart and the orange sorbet, in housemaid, for dessert. Highly recommend.

    My wife is gluten and diary free. We called before going and seemed like a good fit. Ordering was a bit intimidating and uncomfortable. She requested rice with her salmon and the server came twice after the order to ask questions and trying to add more items to the order. Should not be that complex to order a simple dish that’s gluten and dairy free. The calamari we not good at all. The rest of the food was good.

    The Fishery is a neighborhood gem. Top quality fish and spirits. We had their tried and true fish and chips. Delicious. Crispy, huge quantity, Alaskan halibut, cooked to perfection. Seating is a little rustic. Not where you’d want to nestle in for drinks and dinner. Service was a little slow. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    Cute neighborhood spot. We got the oysters and miso black cod as appetizers. For the mains, my husband and I shared the rock crab fettuccine and diver scallops. Thought the miso baked cod was the best dish. The crab fettuccine was a bit salty. Diver scallops were tasty but only came with 3 scallops and was not filling.
