Great food, great service, a perfect spot for dinner in a quaint but sophisticated back-in-time vibe with good eats! We expected it to be a bit more boisterous and bar-style energy here but it was quiet and low ambience (in the best way)

We had the absolute best time at the fly trap. The food was top notch, we loved our servers, and the ambience was incredible. We cannot wait to go back next time we’re in the city as our group of 7 determined we will always be coming back to the fly trap!

The Fly Trap is that place you want to and need to be!!!! I love this place so much I went twice in one week. The food, drinks, apps OMG.

Amazing as always!!! I’ve never had a bad meal there! I have so many favorites on their menu that it’s difficult to decide to go with sharing appetizers or ordering an entree. My favorite appetizers include the mixed green salad, chicken skewers, baked goat cheese, arancini and the cheese plate. For an entree, the rigatoni is my main go to and my boyfriend’s is the burger, which is one of my favorites in the city.

I can’t believe I’ve been dining out in San Francisco for forty years and haven’t heard of this charming Pld San Francisco joint. It’s the authentic example of what those other restaurants painstakingly try to synthesize. Random things on the wall from decades ago. Rude signs in the bathroom. Tables in an alleyway because why not. A bar full of locals. And straightforward good food. This could easily become my favorite long-meal hangout.

Worst restaurant dinner we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Need a new chef and fresh edible food. The chicken was not edible both of us had to spit it out. The coco was tasteless hot water.
