   Our waiter and the staff were very nice. The food though was average for the price. Two of us had steaks and the other two had a burger and prime rib sandwich.

   The food at the Keg was amazing. We received the worse service we have had. We ordered drinks from the bar and waited almost 20 minutes for them to arrive r at the table. We were done with our appetizer by the time the drinks arrived and that was only after we reminded our waiter that we ordered drinks and had not received them. When they arrived my husband's Old Fashioned had a layer of what we on top which told us that the drinks had sat in the bar for quite some time before being delivered to us. The food was brought out by someone other than our waiter and was amazing. No one ever checked on us at all until we had to ask for our bill to leave. No one made sure that the steaks were cooked correctly or if we needed anything g at all. Our waiter walked by our table probably 8 times with our empty alcohol glasses at the end of the table and never stopped. We did not have the opportunity to have a nice drink, dinner and end with a drink k due to lack of service. We would have spent more money and time if we had any service but we simply did not. Again, the food was great but due to the poor service and not getting fully what we would have ordered, it did not make up for it.

   Always consistent and always good. Our server was very nice and efficient. The prime rib was great. Sirloin steak and the prime rib French dip were also very good.

   Our service was ok. Took awhile for the waiter to take order, get our bread and for refills had to ask someone else. That being said that’s not typical for the Keg. Food was perfect and I have to say it’s so hot when served some dishes still bubbling.

   Chicago style charred Bone in Ribeye, highly recommend. Manager Eric was very impressive as well as the entire staff as usual!!! However Zak my waiter was amazingly talented and courteous. My guest at Lobster & Salmon and gave it their highest praise. The 10yrs + I’ve been enjoying the food at several Keg Locations but the Chandler location has the best chefs in all of AZ if you ask me. Thanks for your service and attention to details and plz give my regards to the Chef.

   Steak ordered medium rare and came medium well. Salad served with dinner at same time and salad bowl placed on the hot plate with the steak.

   My wife got the filet, twice baked and Caesar. She loved.all and had no issues. I got the T-bone, baked potato, & vegetables. Potato and veg were excellent. The steak is where the issues arose. I understand the steak is relatively new to the menu. It is quite large and wouldn't fit on the plate, literally covering half the potato. I cut the meat free from the bone and began to eat, and found a lot of grizzle and "silver skin" throughout. I had to keep pulling inedible meat from my mouth to discard. Steak was supposed to be medium, but was cooked more med-well. And the plate had a rounded, bowed bottom so as I tried to cut the meat, the plate would spin. All of this was very unusual for The Keg. I've had this steak before and did not have any issues, loved it. Service was fine. This was just a bad night for my food. We've been to The Keg many times and always had great food, great service, and wonderful experiences. We'll be back.

    I think the chef was having an off night. We both ordered our steaks medium. My husband's steak came out rare and mine was way overcooked. They made a new steak for me and it was still too done. They took my husband's steak to cook it a little more but it still came back really rare. The waiter, Tyler was fabulous and apologized profusely. They did comp one of the steaks.
