The food was good. We had Alpine Cheese for the appetizer the California salad and chocolate fondue for dessert. More than enough to eat even without an entree. While waiting for our table we sat at the bar. The bartender was amazing. She was out of the bottle of wine we wanted but was willing and able to substitute a higher priced bottle at the same price. Waitress was less than attentive and did not explain the fondue dishes as she was putting them together the way they have in the past. We had a very small table for two and she did not take away plates that were finished to leave room on the table for the next course. When I asked her to take dishes I had stacked for her she told me that wasn’t her job they had busboys for that. So I did not feel very well taken care of in that sense.この情報は役に立ちましたか?

I can see why this location has more negative reviews than others. I eat at the Huntersville NC location regularly and can compare. The Knoxville location was 20 minutes late on honoring our reservation. Not horrible, but consistent with other comments. It took 20 minutes for our server to greet us once seated. The food was mostly consistent with our usual location. However, the Caesar salad was small, drenched and wilted. I would have been embarrassed to serve that. The server disappeared for a bit at the end of the meal, but he was very personable. I also noticed the other servers pay ZERO attention to any table that isn't their own, demonstrating a clear lack of teamwork. They were also out of the shrimp cocktail sauce. Excellent service and environment. I think the cost doesn’t match the food type. A little expensive. Most of the food presented is cheap to supply. Overall though, excellent time, experience and the food was very good. I would suggest lighting or neon color to all the steps in the restaurant. It was a great date night out! I had only been to the one in Colorado before, and this one was great as well! Service was incredibly friendly! They made us a whole dip that we later found out had gluten, and they made us a whole new dip free of charge and insisted they take care of it. What is usually a long meal became an excessively long meal of three hours plus. It was a 45 minutes before we had any food.
