The ambience was immaculate. The staff was knowledgeable, unobtrusive, and efficient. Bar manager Chris Ward is a true mixologist and his cocktails are without peer, were he to author a book it would have a seat next to Liquid Intelligence in my home library. Though I did not choose to pair my meal with wine, the wit and presence of Sommelier Jeffrey Perisho still added a touch of panache to the evening. Chef Armellino is a culinary genius not only in the preparation of the individual dishes but also the order in which they are presented, each dish surpassing the one that came before. The Plumed Horse has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star consecutively each year since 2009. The tasting menu will delight your senses with a specially curated, elegantly balanced menu bound to leave a lasting impression. It is the best of what we offer.
This is an 8-course experience priced at $225 per guest. Caviar service and Japanese Wagyu beef, when available, are available for a supplement AQ.

On Sunday, April 13th, join us for our second round of informality! Leave the suit at home, wear your shorts, and enjoy LOTS of Champagne with our reserve caviar, but more importantly, with Fried Chicken! Salads to start, sides with the chicken, and dessert to follow, Plumed Horse style!
If you were here last year for the dinner and returning for round doux, you are part of the club and will be given an initiation t-shirt.
Please note, the Fried Chicken menu will be the ONLY menu we will be serving this evening. No tasting menu or pre-fixe will be available. We cannot accommodate allergies, restrictions or preferences on this night.

The 4 course menu is indeed an experience in itself with everything from the service to food was impeccable. Highly recommend the crab soufflé and Project G cocktail and go with their sommelier’s pairing suggestions.

The Plumed Horse stands out as one of the finest dining experiences I have had. The ambience was immaculate. The staff was knowledgeable, unobtrusive, and efficient. Bar manager Chris Ward is a true mixologist and his cocktails are without peer, were he to author a book it would have a seat next to Liquid Intelligence in my home library. Though I did not choose to pair my meal with wine, the wit and presence of Sommelier Jeffrey Perisho still added a touch of panache to the evening. Chef Armellino is a culinary genius not only in the preparation of the individual dishes but also the order in which they are presented, each dish surpassing the one that came before. I shall look back on my evening at the Plumed Horse fondly for the rest of my days.

Overall great ambience, great music and pleasant wait staff. I would definately recommend without hesitation
I would suggest more clarity regarding charges.
We were offered a glass of champagne when service eventually began (we experienced our first wait time ever in a Michelin starred establishment). We were about to accept, then weWe declined because we had read a previous review where customer incorrectly assumed it was complimentary.
9 dollars for tap water is a tad overpriced (if it was bottled, the distinction should have been made).
22% Gratuity is automatically added but when the check arrives there is still a line for a tip?

We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors.
The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest.
Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!
