A couple appetizers, and a different main for each of us in a dining area to ourselves made for a perfect evening. Having their own free parking on site in Austin is a plus. A bit more than we normally spend eating out, but worth it.

The Salty Sow has always been a great experience. The service is top notch friendly, their daily happy hour options are wide and excellent, love their cocktails, and the ambiance is nice yet casual enough! Also I love they allow dogs in their covered patio too. I ordered the pork belly tacos, roasted beets, rosemary honey chicken and their pimento toast which all were delicious. There’s plenty of parking but I advise to get a reservation early as the restaurant fills up quickly even when they open at 4:30 pm! I look forward to coming back to Salty Sow again soon.

We had redfish, rosemary chicken, broccolini. Food was excellent, server was outstanding. A bit of a wait even with a reservation. Wish the chairs/stools in our section had backs for more comfort. Overall highly recommend.

We made some changes on our settings on OpenTable, and it was too short of an estimated dining time for guests. We're making those changes right now, so it doesn't happen again. Never have I had any regrets for visiting this establishment! Today was no exception! Tony our server was spot on and gave us nothing but solid advise on the HH menu that we chose for small plates. The beverage menu was also inclusive enough of wine, craft cocktails, and local beers. Can't wait to return and it will not be as long as it was this time! Well done salty Saul!

A restaurant resting on its reputation. Slow, unresponsive service coupled with an overcooked burger and meals left half unfinished. Not even an inquiry from the waiter or general manager. Followed by having to ask to see the bill, rather than just being handed the tip screen.
