Lived here all my life and drove past West End 1000's of times and never when in. So Valentines Day was coming up and I wanted to take my wife somewhere that we've never been. So I made a reservation and it was GREAT! Everything was fantastic food, drinks, service was superb. We'll be going there quite often for now on. Lady bartender and Charlotte our waitress were fantastic!

We have lived in Western Loudoun for almost 2 years. This was our first time dining at The West End. Why we haven't gone sooner escapes me but after this single visit, it is now in our top 5 places to eat in Western Loudoun. What a great place! We will be back. A lot.

I went for supper on a Saturday night and it was so noisy that the three of us could not hear each other at a small table in the back. The food was as usual fine and the staff is very good there.! I would say just don’t go there on the weekends and it end out a little bit after 7:30 so either go on a weeknight or later!

The meatloaf was great! The filet was undercooked. The service started off good but then the waiter disappeared for 20 minutes. We were seated upstairs with no ambience, missed out on the fireplace, Christmas decorations and music that was available downstairs. The dinner ended with lukewarm coffee and no offer of cream and sugar.
