   Too few staff to service the customers resulted in too long waiting time. Hed to ask to get utensils. Waitress did not seem too eager to provide the expected great service. Food too expensive. Came out with a $160 plus bill for two people. Include a starter, two entrées, a beer and a mixed drink plus one desert. Great location and dining area.

   We had an amazing night and the food was excellent! I had an issue with my Groupon but the manager worked it out with no hassle. That was impressive because we were going to leave if had not gotten worked out. Great customer service was key for the success of this night.

   There's never enough help. Management always looks like they're in turmoil. Too many tables inside and outside for good service. On the Georgetown waterfront is an optimal setting but the restaurant just can't handle itself. Food is just ok. Depends on the dish. Ok for a summer lunch. Nothing more.

   After sitting for 15-20 minutes with no service we decided to leave. Was a bummer because the setting was perfect with the sun setting.

   The views overlooking the Potomac were lovely! The restaurant itself is fairly nice inside. The food was decent but did not justify the cost. However, the reason for the low rating was the service. We ate on a Sunday evening. We had reservations. Once seated we waited for 20 minutes without a server, while tables around us were being served with no problem. We sought out help from the hostess (who was our kindest and most helpful staff member the entire experience) who got us a server. When he arrived he appeared unhappy and irritated. He took our order and then that was the last we saw of him. The runner brought our food. No one came back for refills or to ask how the food was. We had to go back to the hostess desk to ASK for the check. Super disappointed in our experience with a restaurant in this location and this kind of price point. Won’t be going back.

    Menu has been updated since my last visit with my son. Great menu options this time around. Service was not as great as past visits. My friend expressed the same but we understand good wait staff are hard to find. Will politely ask for different server if placed in his area again.
