The interior of Trademark Taste + Grind was designed by the female-owned Dallago Associates. The approachable American Bistro is helmed by Executive Chef Adrienne Guttieri, whose menu is laced with family recipes passed down for generations. These Italian signatures are featured alongside lighter twists on affordable steakhouse classics for lunch, dinner, and brunch services. Pair your meal with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or rotating selection of beer and wine curated by Head Bartender and Certified Cicerone Mariel Burns.
The space boasts semi-private, intimate booths and romantic archways leading into a charming dining room centered around an island bar. The walls are decorated with portraits of IGC Hospitality matriarchs that make the space feel like home for both everyday dining and large, private parties.
