The food we had was clearly pre prepared; served to us within 5 min of ordering, and had obviously been reheated (chicken, halibut and brussels sprouts). Very very disappointed. This is not how Tribeca Grill has been in previoius times.

This was our second visit to Tribeca Grill. The first was in 2014, but we live in Australia, so it’s hard to get there! It was a highlight of our trip though. The food is superb and the service is top notch. It’s a little more pricey than we are used to paying, but for a special occasion that doesn’t matter. We will be back again for sure, hopefully before another 10 years goes by!

I’ve been to Tribeca Grill many times over the years and it’s always a great experience. Food and service always terrific. This last time was for a birthday celebration and my friend was so happy. Our server made sure we had a nice time! The crème brûlée is always a treat. Thanks again for such a nice evening.

It was an absolutely wonderful New Year’s Eve. The vibe, the food, the service and of course the Band were all amazing. Marley, the Managing Director was making sure everyone had a great time and he was hands on to assist with any request at a night of this significance. We flew all the way from Greece and that New Year’s Eve was totally worth it.

I pre-purchased a “New Year’s Eve dinner with a big band” as a Christmas gift from Tribeca Grill for my boyfriend. I don’t make a ton of money, so this was his big gift from me. When we arrived, the maitre’d rolled my name over in mouth, then sat us at a table for two downstairs looking at an empty bar. The music was apparently upstairs…and we can climb the stairs anytime we wanted to see the band, they said. We went upstairs and it was full of tables of people but no place for us to even stand. We could have danced in the middle of those tables, but it would have felt awkward because the band wasn’t really playing dance music. My boyfriend had to complain three separate times and we were finally moved to a table upstairs which I appreciated. I really wanted my boyfriend to have a good time and for us to make memories but you shouldn’t have to beg for what you paid for…I unfortunately feel this place was very deceptive about what they advertised and delivered.

We had an exceptional dinner last night. We were well taken care of. It might have been the best steak I have ever had. I highly recommend it. It's not cheap but you are getting an unforgettable experience.

We had a 5pm reservation and were the first answer only table seated. Took almost 2 hours from start of service to end. We ordered calamari to start and red pepper flakes was not on the description and it was too spicy for my kids to eat. I also ordered the tempura Cauliflower and it had no flavor, not even salt. We ordered 2 grilled cheeses and a burger and it took over 1 hour for it to come to our table. We ordered truffle fries with the burger which made the total come to $33 for the burger and fries and we could not taste any truffle oil. The burger was cooked well but no seasoning. We will not be returning.

The beet appetizer and cauliflower tempura were wonderful. I had a great burger and my friend had the filet mignon. All great. We ordered warm brownie (was not warm) and icecream and they gave us a comp creme brulee. We had a festive bottle of sparkling rose. (Christmas Eve splurge). We also ordered onion rings and brussel sprouts. Too much food, but why not celebrate!
