Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

Order the seafood platter, which was great all around. I had the stroganoff and my buddy did a ribeye. I’d give the stroganoff a 4 out of 5. But I’m tainted as I make this dish a lot and I make a solid dish. Me and my buddy are both cooks which makes dinning out tough. His ribeye was in his words a boiled steak. Grey with weak grill lines. Asked to at least char it and manager said ok but it will change the temp. They obviously use Sous Vide method to cook their steaks and then just dump them on the grill for a second. When he came back we talked and he agreed to rightfully pull it from our bill. I won’t go back to get a steak there given that experience. Nice place, but poor execution on their steaks.

Wonderful service, beautiful ambiance. The staff were extremely pleasant and tentative. All the food was delicious and had wonderful flavor…EXCEPT for the steak. Everything had been so wonderful, we were extremely excited when our steaks were served. Both were overcooked, very dry, and lacked flavor. I’m not sure I have ever had a filet so dry at MR temp. The aged ribeye was no better. We both left a fair amount of meat on our plates and that never happens. I would possibly give it a go again, but for a check that was over $300 I’d be cautious.

Have eaten and TC for years. In 2024, notice a big change in service and food. They have lost their personal touch with customer service and food has gone backwards.

From start to finish, every bite was a testament to quality and flavor. We began with wine, perfectly paired with a selection of freshly baked bread and an assortment of dips, each more flavorful than the last. The highlight of the meal was the porterhouse steak—a true masterpiece. Cooked to perfection, the steak was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The staff took it a step further by slicing it right off the bone for us, which made sharing effortless. The baked potato that accompanied it was an unexpected standout—smoky, buttery, and practically melting in your mouth. To round out the meal, we ordered a side of potatoes au gratin, which were everything you’d hope for: rich, creamy, and overflowing with cheesy goodness. It was indulgent and utterly satisfying. This dining experience deserves a full 10/10. Every detail, from the food to the service, exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to go back!

The atmosphere was perfect the food all the food was amazing. Several attends to the table made quick work of everything a nice 2 1/2 hour dinner. Was it rushed to get out plenty time to take your time and eat.

Went to twin Creeks for the first time after getting many advertisements for the restaurant wanted to go on Thursday, which is Tomahawk Thursday. I’ve been to many Tomahawk restaurants and wanted to compare all of them unfortunately, our reservation for 715. They say we are all out of tomahawks they also said Because the rodeo is in town is the reason why which is simply an excuse if you know that tomahawks are popular on Tomahawk Thursday then you order a lot of them and have them in the freezer so unfortunately, we cannot compare the tomahawks to other restaurants that have similar deals. Other than that the server was not as descriptive and explaining All the specials I think that she named Allay was sensing that I was upset. We told her this was our first time and she really did not explain the menu to us as we observed her explaining the menu to a couple from South Dakota. That was here for the rodeo. The other servers that took care of us. The food runners were very helpful and nice.
