   Great dinner! We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and the evening was just perfect. Before we sat down, there was a birthday card at the table. Our waiter was super attentive, and the food was fantastic. The foie gras was out of this world.  Everyone at the table, loved their meal. We ordered one of the vegetarian options, pork chop, duck, and halibut. Everything was truly wonderful. I highly recommend

   We have been to Valette twice now, the service has been excellent and thoughtful also the food deliciously imaginative. Portion sizes are pretty good and the menu has a pretty wide selection. While the dining room is pretty full there is still a good distance between tables.

   Great food, service was spot on. Cocktails and wine selection excellent. Weren’t rushed. French press coffee at end of night was great! Side note…nothing to do with Valette but maybe OTable will read this…why is your log in process so onerous? It’s exhausting!!

   Valette knocked it out of the park! One of our favorite meals of all time. Do not skip the scallop appetizer! Sublime beurre blanc sauce with perfectly cooked scallops in a gorgeous puff pastry. We chose the pork loin and duck breast for entrees. Both were cooked perfectly and layered with flavor. Foodie bliss!

   The only fault we have is the quality of bread being served. Not very interesting bread and overly salty. But the beef, duck and pork were delicious . And the service was very attentive. One of the best places to eat in Healdsburg.

   Great experience. Starters (salad and poke) were excellent. Had the crab stuffed halibut, fantastic. Service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this Healdsburg restaurant.

    Always a fantastic experience. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and explained by the servers. This time Grandpa Valette came by and talked about our first course, then explained the history of the building to include the redwoods grown on the square and milled on Mill street over 100 years ago.
