1963年以来、ニューヨーク市の家族経営の地元のレストランVictor’s Cafe(ヴィクターズカフェ)は温かいもてなしとスタイリッシュな環境、そしてその調和とキューバ料理の素晴らしい経験を提供し続けています。それは豪華かつカジュアル、静かながらエネルギッシュ、家族向けながらロマンティック、エキゾチックだけど親しみやすい、というユニークな別々の顔を持っています。 Victor’s Cafeの料理は進化したキューバ料理とレストラン独自の創作を合わせた、本格的な料理です。Victor’s Cafeの代表的な料理には有名な黒豆スープ、細切り牛肉(ロパビエハ)、ロースト子豚(レチョン)などがあります。 レストランは3つの大きなダイニングルームにわけられ、温かみのある照明とキューバンアート、トロピカルなシーリングファン、高いスカイライト付き天井などがアクセントになっています。居心地がよい雰囲気の店内のキューバラウンジではタパスメニューや、モヒートやサングリアなどの様々なキューバカクテルを提供しています。

                                  Food was absolutely amazing, I cannot wait to go again and bring my friends with me! The restaurant itself was beautiful and the service was incredibly fast (you could argue they were quick because of the Valentine’s Season, but that still goes to show how quick they can be during a busy flow at all.) Servers were also very kind and accommodating.

                                  5 stars for value, not because it was inexpensive. Because it is so much cheaper than a trip to Versailles in Miami— or a trip to Holguin, Cuba. We ordered up a storm. Every food and beverage item was perfect.

                                  The food was excellent! Loved the ropa vieja and churros and my husband thought their arroz con pollo and tres leches were fantastic. Really loved the atmosphere too!
