Vini da Sabatini is committed to preparing fresh Italian cuisine daily. Not only is it a duty, it's a passion to bring forth the classic dishes of Italy to Westend. Experienced chefs carry on the tradition with each new delicacy that comes out of the kitchen. Vini da Sabatini uses only house made pasta and takes special care with each dish, from antipasti to entrees. Enhance the meal with a well-paired wine.       Having dined for years before the Covid Epidemic forces the closure of all the restaurants in Frankfurt; and since it’s reopening after the pandemic was declared over; the team at Vini da Sabatini has always been my favorite Great Italian Dining establishment in Frankfurt! From the time you are greeted when you walk in the front door through the curtains until the time you enjoy a glass of Grappa before leaving; you know the experience was one of the best you will enjoy during your stay in Frankfurt. My very close friends from Milan tell me that when I invite them to dine with me at Vino da Sabatini it brings huge smiles to their faces as they know they will receive first class service and the most wonderful Italian Cuisine outside of Italy. For starters we don’t even ask for specifics on the platters we will be serviced as the Antipasto. When the servers come to remove the dishes, there is nothing left! We always order some different veal dish with sides of pasta of course as well as a fish for those who do not wish to partake of meat for dinner. The wine list is extensive and provides one with opportunities to savor some lovely selections from different regions of Italy. And lastly the dessert with a glass of Grappa is another highlight to a great meal. I am already thinking of the next time I will be in Frankfurt so I can make another reservation to dine here again!       Sehr aufmerksamer und warmherziger Service , die Atmosphäre an Silvester war entspannt und locker .das Essen sehr gut !!! Sehr zu empfehlen immer wieder gerne 😀

      Das Essen gehört definitiv zu den Allerbesten in Frankfurt. Die Küche ist innovativ und abwechslungsreich. Der Service war spitze und die Atmosphäre nett. Sehr gerne wieder!

      Zur Qualität der Speisen des Restaurants kann ich nichts sagen, aber der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist unterirdisch. Wir hatten eine durch OpenTable bestätigte Reservierung und waren auch auf die Minute pünktlich vor Ort. Wegen des schönen Wetters war die Terrasse bereits gut gefüllt und der Innenraum zu 20 Prozent besetzt. Anfangs standen wir im Eingangsbereich und wurden ignoriert. Dann sprach ich einen Kellner an und informierte ihn über unsere Reservierung. Statt „kleinen Moment bitte“ oder „setzen sie sich doch kurz an die Bar“ kam „wir sind voll und nehmen auch keine Gäste mit Reservierung mehr an“. Er lies uns einfach stehen und verschwand. Auch eine neue Erfahrung, die man allerdings nicht machen muss.
