シェフGio Ossoが提供する気軽に立ち寄れるスポットで、スコットデール旧市街のBespoke Inn内にあります。シェフのルーツである地中海や世界各国の料理にインスパイアされたモダンな料理を提供しています。シンプルに「誠実な作品」と呼ばれるシェフGioのメニューは週替りで、自家製パスタ、豊富な肉料理、素晴らしいシーフードなど安心して満足できる料理を楽しめます。毎日ランチとディナーを提供し、週末にはブランチも提供しています。快適なダイニングルームには30席あります。美しくライトアップされたパティオで楽しいアリゾナナイトも開催しています。

                                            Bradley did an excellent job as our server! He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our evening in this buzzy, unique atmosphere - akin to dining on a small street in a European town.

                                            I love the food and we dine here frequently. This last visit shocked us as the prices jumped exponentially. It’s a small space so they may continue to serve at capacity but we will likely not return. As good as the food is, they can no longer command a price that is commensurate with the meal and service received.

                                            Lovely restaurant. Food is always delicious, but quite pricey. We have two or three Scottsdale restaurants we choose from for special occasions and this is one of them.

                                            The lamb - wow! The octopus - wow! The budino - yum! What a fantastic experience. Virtu never disappoints. Always delicious and always beautiful. And we discovered a new wine from Calabria! The ambiance is always amazing. Love love love!
