The evening begins with Caesar Salad & Parsnip-Celery Root Bisque paired with a Corpse Reviver, followed by Chicken "À La King" Pot Pie paired with Ward Eight, Beef Filet Tournedos paired with Boulevardier, and ends with a Baked Alaska paired with Hemingway Daiquiri. Brad Wermager, Wildfire Wine & Spirits Director, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.
