My steaks were not prepared as I requested, and the baked potatoes were overcooked. Additionally, the cookie skillet was burnt on the bottom. The waiter frequently disappeared for about 30 minutes, resulting in an overall poor experience. It's disappointing to see a noticeable decline in quality at this restaurant. This needs to be addressed.

I hate to write this because Wildfire used to be my go-to, but the food quality has declined. I met a friend at 7:30 on a Friday, and despite plenty of open seats, apparently there was a wait. I made a reservation via OpenTable and was seated immediately. The appetizers (French onion soup and baked goat cheese) were great, but my main course was disappointing. The potatoes were undercooked, the creamed spinach was just okay, and the steak had a burnt, metallic taste with too much fat, despite being a filet. I only managed one full bite. On a positive note, our server was excellent, and we had a wonderful conversation.

The food as always, was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly & courteous. My friend steak was so tender and juicy he could cut it with a butter knife. I will be back, for another Great experience very soon…..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
