We had great service at reception as well as our waiter who was able to get us what we ordered however the communication between the kitchen and wait staff seemed very poor. We ordered the bread and it never came after our drinks came and they informed us later they were completely out of bread as well as the cauliflower appetizer. My brother in-law had under cooked Chicken and nephew found a hair in his sauce after finishing his pesto gnocchi. We understand that it is very busy during the holiday and just wanted you all to know that we understand that consistency is key to a restaurant’s performance. Overall we had a nice meal together and enjoyed ourselves. Really appreciated that we were accommodated after needing to change our reservation. We will definitely be back and continue to let people know how much we love the new menu and hope you have a wonderful holiday!

As always the staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was all delicious and cooked to perfection. We started with the roasted cauliflower appetizer, which was so tasty. The braised short rib Mac and cheese was amazing as well!

We were so lucky to have Jackson as our server, he was awesome. Super-attentive and wanted to to do everything he could to make our experience a positive one. We were celebrating my son's 12th birthday and everyone had great food and a lovely evening.

Our waiter was nice but seemed to take forever to get our food….people who came in after us were getting served before us. When the food did come it wasn’t even hot….i had the salmon dinner but didn’t want to send it back as it would’ve taken even longer. I believe the lady who is the mgr brought us our food I asked her for a refill on my soda water….she never brought it back had to ask my waiter to get me another one. It was homecoming and a lot of kids were there and it was busy and loud I get it! We dine at this location quite a bit and this was one of the times we were very disappointed but I guess everytime can’t be a great experience??!! Also was very slow to get our check to us..waited a very long time for that too!!
